DeepPocket Service Limits for Thai and Foreign Users
Changes to DeepPocket service limits will take effect on 17 September 2026.
To strengthen transaction security, prevent financial fraud, and comply with requirements established by relevant regulatory authorities, DeepPocket will determine each user’s service limits based on criteria prescribed by law and actual usage.
This change also applies to Thai and foreign users who completed identity verification before the effective date. Their accounts will be classified under the Standard Account tier in accordance with the Company’s criteria. If an account previously had higher limits, the Company will reduce them to the limits applicable to a Standard Account.

Standard Transaction Limits
Each user’s limits are determined in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, based on criteria prescribed by law and actual usage. The limits are aggregated across all cards, wallets, devices, and channels linked to the same verified identity and are not calculated separately for each card or wallet.
