Join our dynamic team at T2P Company as a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our innovative financial technology solutions.

• Create visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance usability. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
• Demonstrate autonomy by taking ownership of the design process from research to delivery for assigned products. Create prototypes or conduct user research as needed.
• Conduct usability testing sessions, gather user feedback, and leverage insights to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.
• Measure and improve your designs with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Contribute to strategic product and business decisions by offering solutions and demonstrating a deep understanding of user needs.
• Adopt a data-driven and logical approach to problem-solving.
• Proactively question and define requirements beyond simply following design orders.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, business development, and other cross-functional teams.

• Thai Nationality with Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Proven experience of 3+ years as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, process, and product impact.
• Have a strong understanding and experience with fundamental design principles like layout, contrast, spacing, hierarchy, and typography.
• Understand user-centered design and design thinking concepts with the ability to apply them effectively and efficiently.
• A logical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for UI, apps, and technology with a meticulous attention to detail.
